This was my 5th themeforest template purchase and by far has been the best experience. The author’s customer service is superior to the others I’ve contacted and he is timely and genuinely seems like he wants to help. It is a plus that the template is so nice and we’ve received a lot of compliments on it.

Superb quality theme works out of the box, but with some added extras does even more. As developer i often buy code for clients etc. from Codecanyon but this is buy far the best one so far. Its clean modern and does what it says on the tin.

The communication and support from the seller is fantastic. I will look at other products from this coder…

I wanted to give the theme and developer 5 stars for more than just Customer Support. Yes the customer support is great. They will reply to you within 24 hours and give recommendations and also help within their limitations.

The theme itself is crisp, looks smart and is easily adaptable with the Live Editor. The simple ability to make all posts and forums look smart with nice pictures is a big plus for me over some of the rival PHP based items.

Its a great template and well worthy of a second look if you are after a great lightweight forum that isn’t cluttered with the tiniest font and boring home page structure and layout. 5 points well deserved.

Good quality code, only necessary features, detailed documentation, continuous updates and good technical support. I like this theme and I wish the developers all the best in developing and selling it.

The single best theme for BuddyPress! But what makes it really great is the support. Issues and questions are picked up very fast. Very helpful support! I would recommend BeSocial and the developer anytime!

I can not praise the theme and the customer service enough. Sequex theme is perfect for our movies web site and every hurdle or question I have had has been dealt with in a very quick and efficient manner.

I tested the live preview and read very closely the feature descriptions. It seemed to meet my criterions (in the end I implemented social media login with a third party because of wide range they offer) and had an additional feature I didn’t have tought about: user blogs. So I bought the theme and was amazed by bundled-in widgets. Disputo Tabs for tabbed pages became quickly my favourite.

I have stumbled on a couple of issues, which weren’t showstoppers by any standard, but the support has been extremely responsive. They solved them faster than I expected, even in the middle of FIFA World Cup!

This is an awesome bbPress theme with great quality design in every detail and it works like a charm. The documentation is very detailed and easy to install. The support replies quick with good solutions.

This theme is fantastic, and the documentation is very good. However, what stands out to me the most is the phenominal customer support that they provide to customers. I emailed multiple times and always received prompt responses, even on weekends. That tells me that the developer really cares about the community and customers. I recommend this theme.

I purchased this theme about a month ago and I was well pleased with it. I thought it was missing a few things and was told they would be added in Aprils update and they have arrived.

I have not tested them yet but I have hi hopes and I genuinely recommend this theme.

We bought this when it was a week old and upgraded it to SportsPress Pro. This caused some conflicts and with a tight deadline I didn’t think we’d make it. Within a few hours the author has fixed the template and issued a new release and dealt with a pagination problem.

Support is excellent. We tried three other “football” templates before this one and wish we’d found this one first! Well done.
